In addition of having the honor of being the month of romance, February is also the month of pizza. Not really, but it should be a thing. Both National Pizza Day and Super Bowl occur in February. I don’t know about you, but our Super Bowl menu always includes pizza and wings.
I’m giving you this recipe book that I created with homemade pizza-making ideas from my foodie friends who have been doing Friday night pizza night for over twenty years. These recipes use garden-fresh ingredients, which are not in season in February, obviously, but can still be delicious with grocery store produce. These pizzas are a little unconventional, but they can spice up your winter menu.
